Third Round (for top 5): Develop a second recipe & using the meat cuts provided by Bord Bia, submit a video presenting your 2 recipes.

    • Pork: Jowl, Collar or Pork Belly
    • Beef : Striploin, Ribeye, Beef Burger, Short Rib or Brisket
