Heat oil in the pan over medium heat and fry chopped carrot and onion for about 3 minutes.
Add minced meat, rosemary, and thyme. And cook the meat completely.
Add tomatoes, stock powder and bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add pea and mix.
Put it in an oven-safe container.
Julienne potatoes, wring out, and season with salt and pepper.
Put plenty of potatoes on top of the meat and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Grill in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes to complete.
