Cottage Meat Pie

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • Pork collar 1kg 
  • 130g celery
  • 250g carrot
  • 130g green onion 
  • 5 potatoes
  • 4 stems of thyme
  • 400ml black beer 
  • 2 tsp of chicken stock powder
  • 200g tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup parmesan powder 
  • 20 g butter

Method

Cut pork collar into large chunks (approximately 4–5 cm size cube)

Cut celery and green onions into about 6cm long pieces and cut carrots similar to the size of pork collar.

Mix all trimmed meat, celery, green onion, carrot, thyme, tomato sauce, stock powder, and black beer in an electric pressure rice cooker and cook for about 40-50 minutes as a steaming function.

Place the cooked pork stew in an oven bowl and spread the mashed potatoes over it.

Sprinkle a lot of Parmesan cheese powder over potatoes and bake it in a 180-degree oven for about 30 minutes.
