Garlic Butter Steak Kebabs
Cut sirloin, onion and bell pepper into 4-5cm cubes and skewer on bamboo sticks. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix the butter with minced garlic and parsley, and spread over the skewered meat (#1).
Place glassine paper in an air fryer and add in the skewered meat.
Cook at 180℃ for 15 minutes.
Julienne carrots and parboil edamame in boiling water for 2 minutes.
Put olive oil, coriander powder, lemon juice, and honey in a small bowl, and mix well.
Place carrot noodles, edamame, and mint leaves on a plate, and drizzle with dressing.
Place sirloin skewers on top and serve.
