Kimchi and Skirt Meat Fritter

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients

  • 100g pork skirt meat 
  • 1/2 super sweet corn
  • 2 branch chives
  • 120g pan-frying powder
  • 100ml water

Basil Mayonnaise Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise 
  • 6-7 leaves of basil

Method

Put mayonnaise and basil leaves in a bowl and grind finely using a hand blender.

Cut the skirt meat into 1cm cubes and chop the kimchi finely.

Tear off the corn and cut chives into small pieces.

Mix all the ingredients with pan frying powder and water.

Grease a pan over medium heat, put the mixture to pancake size and cook.

Top basil mayonnaise and parsley to complete.
