Korean Pork Pancakes (Pork Jeon)

Ingredients

  • 150g pork neck 
  • 40g arugula
  • 2 eggs 
  • 5tbsp flour
  • 5tbsp soybean sauce
  • 1tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
  • ¼ onion
  • 1 cheongyang pepper

Method

Slice frozen pork neck into 0.5 cm and season with salt and pepper.

Coat flour and beat-up egg.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and grill the meat for 1 minute for each side.

Mix finely chopped onion and cheongyang pepper with soy sauce, vinegar, and oligosaccharide.

Serve the pork pancake with arugula and soy sauce on the side.
