Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a pan over medium heat, add in oil, onion, celery and minced garlic. Pan-fry for 4 minutes.
Add in oregano and cayenne pepper and cook for another minute.
Put the ground beef, cooked vegetables (#3), parmesan, almond powder, soy sauce, and eggs in a bowl, and mix well into dough.
Shape the dough into a loaf, and place bacon on top side by side.
Put the loaf in a baking tray, cover it with tin foil, and bake in the preheated oven for an hour.
Serve with a variety of mustard sauces.
