Pork Belly Kebab
Cut pork belly into 3cm thick pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Mix beer, thyme, minced garlic, and olive oil in a large bowl and marinate them for about 2 hours.
Cut onion and paprika into bite-sized pieces.
Place pork belly, yellow paprika, onion, pork belly, red paprika, and onion on a skewer and place them on an oven tray covered with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for about 15-20 minutes.
