Pork Neck-Shoulder Meat Nuggets (Pork Nuggets)
Put frying powder (120g), paprika powder, dried thyme, and water in a bowl then mix using a whisk.
Cut the neck-shoulder meat into bite-size pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Dredge the neck-shoulder meat in the batter and fry at 160 degrees for about 3-4 minutes.
Serve with Cajun, sweet chili, and/or sweet-sour sauce.
