Pork Skirt Meat Skewers with Grilled Figs and Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze 
  • 2 fig 
  • ½ bunch spinach
  • 3 shallot
  • 300g skirt meat 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • 3 stem thyme
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Method

Cut shallot into half.

Cut the skirt meat into bite-size pieces and place it in a bowl with shallot. Put olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper and marinate for 1 hour.

Strip the spinach leaves, wash thoroughly and drain.

Put all ingredients from step 2 in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

Heat another pan over medium heat, put a little oil, and put the figs cut in half for grilling the cross-section, grill it for about 1 minute.

Place spinach, roasted meat, shallots, and roasted figs on the plate. And drizzle balsamic glaze to finish.
