Pork Tenderloin with Fresh Herbs

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin 500g 
  • 5g rosemary 
  • 5g tarragon 
  • ½ lemon juice 
  • ¼ cup of olive oil 
  • 120g spinach
  • 80g bell cabbage 
  • 20g green bean 
  • 4-5 pieces of lemon wedges

Method

Mix chopped rosemary, thyme, tarragon, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl and marinate them for 1 hour with pork tenderloin.

Move the seasoned tenderloin and marinated seasoning to a deep oven tray and bake in 180-degree oven for 20 minutes.

Place the half-cut cabbage, green bean, lemon wedges, and spinach on the side of the tenderloin and return to the oven for another 10 minutes to complete.
