Pulled Pork Bowl Salad
Rub a chunk of neck-shoulder meat with paprika powder, cumin powder, pepper, sugar and salt and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Put marinated pork and beer in an electric cooker and cook for 2 hours.
Tear the cooked neck shoulder meat.
Place oats in a pot and cover with water then boil for about 30 minutes. Drain the cooked oats.
Slice avocado and cut cherry tomatoes to a quarter.
Cut super sweet corn to a third and grill in a pan.
Put the salad vegetables, boiled oats, avocado, cherry tomato, corn and pulled pork to complete.
