Puree Recipes for Steak: Pea, Cauliflower and Carrot
Method for Pea Puree
Steam the potato for about 20-25 minutes and peel it.
Blanch green beans for about 1 minute.
Put potato, green beans, butter, mint leaves, salt and pepper in a blender and grind finely.
Method for Cauliflower Puree
Put cauliflower, peeled potato, milk, chicken stock powder in a pot and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Drain and add salt and pepper then grind finely.
Method for Carrot Puree
Steam carrot and potato then peel it.
Put carrot, potato, butter, salt and pepper and grind finely.
Spray lemon juice.
