Place the olive oil into the heated pan and put chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped celery, and chopped bacon then stir-fry for about 3 minutes and cool it.
Put bread crumbs, ground pork, egg, salt, and pepper with the cooled vegetable mixture and knead.

Place 1 tbsp of pork mixture into the pastry, roll it and brush the ends with the egg to secure.
Brush the egg all over the pastry and cook for 20 minutes in a 180-degree oven.
