Steamed Pork Belly with Napa Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 20 leaves napa cabbage
  • 500g pork belly 
  • 200ml white wine 
  • 2 tbsp cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce 
  • Salt and pepper
  • 5 tbsp soybean sauce
  • 1 tbsp yuzu preserve
  • chopped chive

Method

Cut the pork belly into 5cm and season with salt and pepper.

In a deep frying pan, lay the cabbage leaves first then place pork belly, cabbage leaves, and pork belly again.

Put white wine, cooking wine, and fish sauce.

Boil on high heat for about 3 minutes.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes.

Mix soy sauce and yuzu preserve.

Sprinkle chopped chives and serve with yuzu soybean sauce.
