Traditional Beef Stew
Season beef short ribs with salt and pepper.
Grease pan, sear the outside of the beef short ribs then set aside.
Put carrot, celery and onion (cut large pieces) in the same pan then cook for 2 minutes.
Put in the tomato paste and cook for another (1) minute.
Put the seared beef short ribs, small potatoes and stir.
Add the stout beer and stock powder, then boil.
Once it boils, reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and simmer for 2 hours
Serve with bread or rice.
