Braised Beef Short rib adobo, confit tomatoes, crispy pancit noodles
Adobo sauce marinade
Boil all ingredients together and cool down
Beef Short rib
Season beef with a little crushed black pepper and salt and sear on all sides for 2 mins.
Add to marinate and vac pack, slow cook souvide at 60c for 36 hours.
Open the bag and pour juice in a separate pan and reduce to thicken, strain and pour over the beef to so serve.
