Classic Beef Salpicao
In a mixing bowl, combine the beef, salt, pepper, sugar, cayenne powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat the pan over medium heat, add butter and olive oil, then saute the garlic until it lightly browns.
Increase the heat and add the beef and spread across the pan, sear on all sides, do not overcook.
Add the broth and simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
Garnish with garlic chips and serve hot.
Let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
