Creamy Beef Mushroom Stroganoff
In a wide pan on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil and cook mushrooms for about 1 minute. Remove from pan and set aside.
On the same pan, add more oil and seer the beef until lightly browned.
Move the beef at the side of the pan and cook the onions and garlic on the space, then stir together.
Add the broth and simmer for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
Pour in the cream and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper.
Let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Serve with rice, pasta or mashed potato.
